He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and transparent about how he helps customers find the right flooring solutions. Even though I haven’t personally purchased from him, it’s clear that he cares about quality and customer satisfaction. I am so grateful for Pro Floors and Blinds! Unbeknownst to me, my floors had experienced some water damage prior to my moving into my home. I had no idea why my floors were separating and exposing large gaps, but Harvey looked at it and immediately knew the cause. Unfortunately, there was no way to repair just the area damaged, so I was in need of new flooring throughout my downstairs. Harvey made me an incredible deal on some beautiful new laminate flooring. He arranged for everything! He let me take samples of the floor to my house, which really helped me come to a decision, and he checked on the progress as the floor was being installed. If I ever need new flooring, I know where to go, and I would recommend his business to all my friends and family.

Harvey was great he came to our house with samples and listened to what we wanted. He picked out the perfect carpet for us. He had it installed by Jason. He did a wonderful job, and with years of experience we couldn't ask for anything more. The whole experience was great!
